Olivia is responsible for Dave Barber Cinematheque annual film programming, including programming for the Gimme Some Truth Documentary Film Festival. She also curates a variety of special programming events and film series, including the monthly Cult-O-Rama and Bikini Drive-In screening series. Olivia oversees programming in accordance with the Winnipeg Film Group's mandate to advance the art of the moving image, fostering a culture of independent cinema appreciation throughout the organization.

Julianne manages the Cinematheque box office, including the daily operation, ticketing, customer relations, and sponsorships. Contact Julianne to provide feedback on your Cinematheque experience, as well as request for venue rentals and community partnerships.

Eric manages all technical aspects of the Cinematheque’s operations, including film format testing and conversion, and maintenance of projection equipment. He also produces original content for the Cinematheque, such as: in-house trailers and ad slides, and helps to create Cinematheque’s original commercials, as well as acting as Head Projectionist. Eric should be contacted with any questions regarding the technical specs and capabilities of the Cinematheque.

As Executive Director of the Winnipeg Film Group, Leslie is responsible for managing the overall operations and staff of the Winnipeg Film Group, an artist-run centre incorporated in 1974. Leslie serves as the main spokesperson and represents the organization in all professional business capacities. The Winnipeg Film Group runs the Dave Barber Cinematheque as one of it's departments.
